SARAH TAYLOR-FERGUSSON was born in North Yorkshire, grew up in Cheshire and read Fine Art at Oxford University. She lives in Macclesfield. She is an editor, literary consultant and poet. Her work has appeared in The Greenhouse, Cake, Ink Sweat & Tears, Tincture Journal, Confingo and the anthology Celebrate!, for the Ripon Poetry Festival, among other publications.
Moving, witty, and wry, Rhymes for Young Nature Lovers takes a winding path through the landscape of Britain, a family’s dusty natural history books, and the writer’s own memory. In her debut pamphlet, Sarah Taylor-Fergusson combines a poet’s sensibility with the incisive eye of a perennial collector, making Rhymes for Young Nature Lovers a volume which will be treasured.
